Swords displayed on this site are shipped anywhere in the world it is legal to do so. It is your responsibility to research the local laws before ordering.

The swords displayed on this website are sharp. Please be careful with them. We do not accept responsibility for accidents. Swords will not be sold to people under 18 in Australia.

All items sold "as is". If any item is altered by the purchaser, the sale is final, no exceptions. All stated prices are in American dollars. Allow two business days for transfer of fees when ordering from the Chinese Swords Guide. Orders are usually shipped UPS the day after money transfer is complete. You must include the street address you want your purchase sent to. There is a $22USD charge for orders shipped surface delivery to the lower 48 USA states. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii go second day air at $35USD per sword ordered. International shipping rates are determined by country. Please enquire.

All international sword sales are final. No returns. All swords sold on this site are checked for quality.

Since the swords are shipped from America, US customers have a three day right of return if not completely satisfied. The purchase must be returned in the condition sent within three days and money will be refunded in full. After three days American sword sales are final, no exceptions. When making a return, ship by UPS and insure for the full value. Returns by other postal services can not be guaranteed a full refund owing to previously mislaid items.
