Miao/Chang Dao Forms

by Frederick
(Connecticut, USA)

I learned a Miao Dao Form back in 2001, and of course forgot most of it (it was one workshop). I have just recently started to search for the form, but can't find anything. So far the closest I've seen is the Seth video. If it helps; the form is first learned solo, then with a partner that comes in one move later with the same form, and after that the simple parts of the form are expanded with extra stuff.

Does anyone know of different Miao/Chang Dao forms?
